Pick a graphic type

We offer different types of graphics. The first step is to select your graphic type from the pricing page. You can select additional graphic types upon checkout if you wish to order multiple.

Make full payment

After selecting your graphic types and quantities, the cart will calculate payment totals. We accept payment through Stripe (works with all major credit cards) or PayPal. We also have a 100 percent money-back guarantee as long your order meets our revisions and refund conditions.

Submit your order brief

After making payment, you’ll be able to submit your order brief through our order tracking system. The brief should include as much detail as possible about what should be included, along with examples if possible. Briefs cannot be changed once we start working on them.

Wait a few days

Our turnaround times (TAT) are listed on the pricing page for each graphic type. In general, we aim to deliver small orders within 48-72 hours. You’ll be notified by email when your order is completed.

Get your graphics

You can download all graphics through your BlankPalette client account, which is created upon your first order and will keep a record of every order you’ve made with us. This is also where you can request any changes, assuming they meet the conditions mentioned above.


Our answers to the most frequently asked questions.

Our system will automatically set you up with your own client account on your first order. This account will keep a record of all your current and future orders, as well store your graphics for download. When a new order is complete, we’ll send you an email notification that it’s now available to download from your client account.

We can deliver graphics in either JPG, PNG or PDF file types, as well as source files (AI file type) if you select this option during checkout. We have an dropdown for file types during the order brief stage, so you’ll have a chance to let us know what you prefer.

An option to include Adobe Illustrator (AI file type) source files is available on checkout, though this will come with a small additional fee. Source files are useful if you or another designer plan to make significant edits to the graphic at a later date.

Yes, you may provide your company branding (such as a logo) in your order brief, which we will then place in the corner of your graphics as requested. This service comes at no additional cost.

As a general guide, we aim to deliver all small orders within 48-72 hours, though larger orders can take up to a week and sometimes even longer. Please note that these are business days, so weekends are not counted.

After making payment, you will be asked to submit an order brief. Your brief should include as much information as possible about what to include in each image, along with colors, fonts, and any other details relevant to the project. The more you can give us, the closer we’ll be able to meet your requirements and the fewer revisions will be needed.

We mostly specialize in flat design – a modern, 2D style approach utilizing bright colors with limited to no shading, highlights or gradients. You can see real samples of flat-style design in action by visiting our examples page.

Yes, once the order has been completed, you will have full ownership over the files to do whatever you please. However, if you wish to use premium fonts for your designs, you will need to have the appropriate licenses.

We recommend using a font from the Google Fonts library as they are free, open-source and can be used for personal and commercial projects. If you’d rather use a premium font, you must supply the relevant font file with your order brief and maintain your own license to use that font.

There is no time limit on your files. Once an order is completed, the deliverables will stay on our server and in your client account so they can be downloaded at any time. However, we highly recommend keeping your own backup of all your graphics in case anything goes wrong (though we certainly don’t plan on it).
